On July 14, the Jersey Water Works Combined Sewer Overflow Committee submitted comments to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection on the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) Draft Combined Sewer Overflow Permits NJ0108782 and NJ0024741—the City of Elizabeth and the Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties.
