How to Share Information About Your Organization or Initiatives: There are various ways to spread the word about your organization and initiatives beyond networking at our upcoming meeting. We have allocated two tables in the lobby where you can place handouts and resources to share. Due to demand, we are limiting organizations to two handouts at those tables. Additionally, you can pass out information during the breakout sessions and place information on each table in the conference room area for the attendees. We expect about 125-150 participants, and the main meeting area has 19 tables.

You can see the agenda here.
