Stormwater Utilities Can Facilitate Green Infrastructure (Updated October 2024)

The Jersey Water Works Green Infrastructure Committee envisions a future in which green infrastructure is incorporated into developments across the state, leading to reduced flood risk, improved water quality, more walkable streets, and healthier communities. The Asset Management and Finance’s Stormwater Utilities Subcommittee updated this memo to help towns understand the ways in which stormwater utilities can help them build green infrastructure.
