In October, back-to-back hurricanes deluged the Southeast, causing catastrophic flooding from Florida to the Carolinas including destruction to underlying infrastructure like roads and pipes. Over the last 10 years, Jersey Water Works has brought together leaders throughout the Garden State to highlight water infrastructure challenges and develop solutions. Its proposals are shaping utility operations, influencing regulations proposed by government agencies, guiding water infrastructure projects statewide, and even informing new legislation.
