Virtual Public Workshop: Community Driven Input on Upcoming Combined Sewer Overflow Proposed Projects
Join the Sewage-Free Streets and Rivers campaign and Jersey Water Works CSO committee for a virtual workshop to learn how to provide effective input on NJDEP’s proposed strategies and plans for reducing flooding and sewage overflows in the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission service region. This is a chance to demystify combined sewer systems and CSOs, discuss recommendations to improve the draft CSO permits, and share best practices for advocating to the NJDEP.
